Dear Mr. Thomas: 

The attached February 28, 1998 and April 2, 1998 letters relate to 
your letter of February 26, 1998 to then Selectmen Chairman James F. 
O’Donnell, Jr..

You have again failed to respond.  

As asserted in the attached April 2nd letter, your lack of response 
represents your admission that your letter represents a willful, 
deliberate and malicious attack on the reputation and character of 
private citizens, designed to defame and slander those persons, and 
thus, are malicious defamatory and slanderous remarks.

This letter demands that you produce, per the Massachusetts Freedom 
of Information Act, any and all records that you or the board of appeal 
have generated or received relating to your February 26th letter of 
complaint, including the letter itself, and any other records or 
complaints about BillericaNews or its staff.

Your failure to produce the foregoing public records is a willful 
violation of the Massachusetts Freedom of Information Act.   

In behalf of BillericaNews, I will make an attempt to view these 
documents at the Board of Appeals office on Friday, June 5, 1998 or I 
will escalate the matter.  Please arrange for the requested documents 
to be available forthwith. 

In closing, please be formally advised,  that your continued propensity 
to trample the civil rights of private citizens, attack reputations or 
deny access to public records will not be tolerated.
